About me
Hello, I'm Syrine Haddad — an AI Engineer and Postdoctoral Researcher, officially qualified as a Maître de Conférences (Associate Professor) by the CNU (Section 27). With a Ph.D. in Computer Science, I combine expertise in Deep Learning, Human-Computer Interaction, and Cognitive Psychology.
I am actively involved in the international research community, serving as a Chair Member for CALM 2026 and a Program Committee member for CALM 2025, AAMAS 2026, CHIWORK 2026, and MobiSPC 2026. I review for IEEE Transactions on Affective Computing, The Visual Computer (Springer), and the American Journal of Artificial Intelligence, and I am an active member of Association for Computing Machinery (ACM).
I excel in applying deep learning algorithms to large datasets, strategic planning for data analysis and visualization, and drawing actionable insights to drive innovation.
Outside research, I lead a book club for the OpenMinds Project and pursue outdoor sports including kitesurfing and windsurfing.
